JP Guyeu
Co-founder of Aerotechnic Pty Ltd
JP Guyeu started his Aviation career in 1978 in the French Navy at age 18, studying and working for the French Navy aviation division, as an aircraft mechanic.
He then joined Airbus (Aerospatiale) Customer Product Support in Toulouse, 1981, Technical Publication department (MPD), further improve his English by studying for four years, two years Accounting Management after hours, and a one year training program to become Field Service Representative in 1985 to Support and Serve more than nine Airlines in various countries.
In view to set up his own business, he resigned from Airbus in 1993, and founded Aerotechnic Pty Ltd in 1994, located in South Africa, in a 50/50 partnership, a business specialised in the supply of Aircraft Spare Parts.
In 2000 and until now he started attending meditation classes to understand better the Mind anatomy.
He specialises in implementing long term vision, seeing opportunities, starting in partnership new business entities across the world, Aerospace software, and Team Building (Mind Matters). He is co-heading the Stavia Group, located in France, which regroups all the Aerotechnic entities, including Harmony Aerospace France, as well as Air Management Solutions (Software), and AeroNet of Things (Software Space Ind, Consultancy).
João Carlos (JC) PINA
Co-founder of Aerotechnic Pty Ltd
Born and bred in Africa, JC completed a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Cape Town, and after 5 years in the Hydraulics Engineering and Manufacturing industries, identified a niche market to support the African Airlines with spare parts and services.
Jointly with JP Guyeu, in 1994, Aerotechnic was established in South Africa to fulfil the identified need.
Since then, in close co-operation with his partners, the Aerotechnic group of companies today has a global footprint, which also incorporates Harmony Aerospace France (Toulouse), covering the European market, software development company AMS (France), and more recently AeroNet of Things (South Africa).
This development of the group of companies, has culminated in the establishment of the Stavia Group (France).
Sanjeev Nookooloo
CEO of Aerotechnic USA
Based in Florida USA, Sanjeev Nookooloo has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, he is currently the CEO of Aerotechnic USA.
Prior to that, he was working as VP-Sales in the Washington DC metro area USA. In Mauritius, Sanjeev was formerly the VP-Technical Services with a leasing company.
His primary job responsibility in his last assignment was Aircraft Asset Management, which included follow up of lease rental, maintenance reserves, Airframe & Engine maintenance and their impact on asset value, redelivery conditions and EASA/FAA compliance.
Prior to his career in aircraft leasing, he also served at Air Mauritius as Head of Procurement and Provisioning, Planning Engineer and Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
Sanjeev graduated his MBA with best Dissertation Award in 2005.
Sébastian Gerard
Co-founder of Aerotechnic Pty Ltd
After having studied international sales in France, Sébastien joined a company involved in the hydraulic industry to develop the Asian market.
Later, he joined the Aerotechnic group as commercial manager to handle the sales development of the Asian branch.
After having spent many successful years in South East Asia, he got offered the opportunity to become a shareholder and is currently the CEO if Harmony Aerospace France which covers Europe, Northern Africa and CIS for the group.
